I need to set up a second seller account on Rivly that has the same business EIN but I am getting blocked during sign up. Can this be done?

Yes, if you have a legitimate reason to use the same business or US owner to open another seller account, please reach out to seller support with your rationale for permission. Also to keep in mind, each new seller account needs a unique email, but after the accounts are created, you can invite the same email address as an “Admin” user for all accounts so there is 1 login email with access to all the accounts in their seller portal using a dropdown selector at the top of the screen.
