How do I change and/or verify my mobile phone number?
Answer
Having a verified cell phone number on your account is required for the account owner and very important for all other roles to be able to access certain features. Changing and/or verifying your phone number can be easily performed in your Rivly account.
Be sure that you are logged into your account and go to the User profile page located in your user dropdown menu in top right of screen.
In the top right corner of the phone number section you will see an edit button which contains the ability to change and subsequently verify your phone number. In verifying your phone number, you will be sent a 6 digit passcode by text message which you must give to Rivly in order to verify ownership.
Important note: keep in mind that only US mobile phone numbers capable of receiving text messages can be verified at this time.
