There are several order status types to help you easily differentiate the progress of each other and potential actions that may be needed along the way.
The 7 order status types are as follows:
- Pending - order has been placed by a customer but the payment method has not yet cleared. These orders should NOT be shipped to the customer yet.
- Unshipped - payment method has cleared and order is ready to be shipped to the customer.
- Shipped - product has been shipped to the customer and shipping has been confirmed in your seller account either manually with tracking number or automatically if fulfilled by an integrated 3PL
- Delivered - product has been marked as delivered by postal carrier tracking
- Return Initiated - customer has started the return process
- Return Shipped - return package has been first scanned in receipt by postal carrier tracking
- Returned - return package has been marked as delivered by postal carrier tracking
