This page is our bank information for payouts.
Make sure the name on your bank account matches exactly with what is entered in this name field.
Confirm your numbers.
Now, register the business.
Okay, our account has been created and we’re on the dashboard showing the seller setup steps, and after each step we’ll return to the dashboard to see what's next.
For Step 2, we’ll head to the integrations page so we can connect our Amazon seller account to use the listing importer.
A couple quick clicks… and we’re already connected.
Now, let’s import our SKUs.
Only 1 question to answer first: What is the country of origin we want to set for all the products being imported. Keep in mind these can be easily changed in bulk at any time after the import, so just pick the best one for now.
Alright, our import is in progress which can take up to 72 hours. We’ll see once it finishes if there are any incomplete listings we need to address.
After each step, we head back to the dashboard to see what’s next.
Step 3: our user profile needs a profile picture.
We want to show shoppers there’s a nice, friendly face behind the business.
So, here’s our friendly face.
Now we’ll crop this in the most flattering way possible…
Click update.
Back to the dashboard for the next step.
Confirm public seller details and add a seller display name for shoppers.
We can use the edit icon or just click here.
This all looks good and the seller logo is encouraged, but optional.
Back to the dashboard for the next step.
Link 1 credit card for charges and 1 bank account for payouts in Billing & Payments.
We can see our bank account is already in here so let’s add the credit card. Keep in mind this credit card is only to cover negative account balances. A good example of this is if Rivly just made a payout to our bank account and then several customer returns come in that need to be covered.
We make our way back to the dashboard and now we can see that we’re done.
We’ll let the amazon listing importer do all the heavy lifting while we wait for Rivly to approve our seller account, then we’ll receive an email when we’re approved, letting us know we have access to the rest of the seller portal.
Okay, now we’re approved and this is our beautiful product list with 776 listings, all imported in a few clicks and all ready for sale. Well, the ones with stock anyway. You can see the variation families properly grouped together, and we can open and close these families as needed to see the child listings.
And there you have it! It took less than 6 minutes to set up this account using the amazon importer. If you don’t have an amazon account to integrate, no need to worry. We also have a spreadsheet uploader you can use to import thousands of products from all other sites like Shopify, Etsy, Ebay, WooCommerce, and more.
