On the notifications page, sellers have the ability to control whether they receive emails or text SMS messages for a variety of events that can occur. In order to change the settings for these notifications, sellers can click any of the edit icons seen here to be shown a list of all the event types, checkboxes to turn them on or off, as well as the ability to change where they get sent. Up to 4 different emails can be added for each notification type, and any user in the seller account with a verified mobile phone number can also be selected to receive text notifications. There is also an option to receive automated email reports, where sellers can head over to the orders page, configure and save a CSV template of all order information to the exact format needed for a warehouse or 3PL, then opt to have this template of all unshipped orders emailed daily along with a bulk shipment confirmation template to the email address of their choosing. This may be helpful if a seller works with a 3PL or warehouse management system that Rivly has not yet integrated with as it offers an automated way to send them information on all orders ready to ship, and also provide a way for the 3PL to confirm those shipments in bulk with tracking numbers.
