Why didn't I receive my payout? I see available funds but why did my bank never receive the payment?
Answer
There are a few reasons why you may not have received a payout. Here are the most common reasons:
- No "available" funds - There are 2 statuses for your funds: "pending" and "available." Only funds that are "available" for the next payout will be sent to your bank account via ACH transfer.
- ACH transfer delay - Bank transfers are initiated on 1st and 16th of every month. Depending on the bank, it may take 2-3 business days before the deposit is seen on your account.
- No valid credit card on file - It is a requirement of Rivly sellers to always have a valid credit card on file. If you do not, the payout is skipped. Once you place a valid credit card on file, you will be eligible for the next payout.
- Invalid bank account - if you've provided an incorrect routing number or bank account number, or numbers for an account that no longer exists, the ACH transfer to that account will fail. Once you update the bank account to the correct numbers, within 1 business day we will automatically attempt to transfer the funds again.
