If at any time you wish to close your account permanently, you can submit a request to us by contacting support through email ticket creation or chatting with us. On your instruction, we will permanently delete all of your information and account details depending on your role in the seller account:
- Account owner role (most often the tied to the original person who first opened the account) is able to close the entire seller account for that business which includes all information and user roles and permissions related to that seller account
- Any other assigned user role ( e.g. admins, customer support, analysts, etc.) that occupy a limited role in the seller account may request to have their account closed which will remove their access to all affiliated seller accounts but the seller accounts themselves will be unaffected
Please note that once your account is permanently closed, you will not be able to access it or any of its information. You will, however, be able to create a new account as long as your account closure was not the result of any punitive action.
Note: If you are the account owner or admin and you wish to remove one of the users that was assigned a role in your seller account, that can be easily done by going to the User Permissions page and clicking to delete that specific user. Immediately after confirmation, that user will no longer have access to any features in your seller account.
