For each listing available in your product list, there will be a listing "status" that will let you know if the listing is live and able to be purchased by a customer, or if there are any issues preventing it from being shown to customers.
There are 6 listing statuses:
- Active - listing has all of the minimum required information and is the only status where the listing is live for customers to purchase on Rivly.com
- Out of Stock - listing has all of the minimum required information and the listing is not live on Rivly.com because there is no stock for purchase
- Incomplete - listing does not have the minimum required information
- Closed - listing has been manually closed by the seller. If listing was previously active then it will no longer be live and available for purchase on Rivly.com. Otherwise, clicking to reactivate the listing will cause it to resume its previous status that is displayed in the parentheses next to the word "Closed" (NOTE: closed listings will turn off any alerts or email notifications for those listings which can be helpful to prioritize the listing alerts for items that you intend to make sell)
- Flagged - a Rivly support team member and/or our product monitoring algorithms have identified this listing as being in violation of terms. In order to reinstate your listing, please address the issue and create a case for seller support who can help guide you to reinstatement. A flagged listing will automatically resume its previous status when reinstated by a seller support team member.
- Gated Brand - listings that were imported from another marketplace using one of our integrations have a brand that is either restricted for use by Rivly or its ownership has been registered by another seller. These listings are not live and available for purchase until they are "ungated." If the listing was imported, a brand application will automatically be submitted to seller support (in the case if a restricted brand) or sent to the registered brand owner for approval or denial. Approvals will update the listing status while any denials can have the original application modified and resubmitted with more information on the Brands page.
You can manually activate or close listings and vice versa at any time using the action buttons on the Product List page. However, activating a listing does not necessarily make the listing have an "active" status if if there is another issue preventing it from being active (e.g. no stock, missing minimum required information, etc.).
