It is important that our development team at Rivly is continually working to make features and integrate the tools that our sellers need to offer products on the marketplace. For this reason, we have created a dedicated feedback board that will allow sellers to:
- submit new feature or integration requests
- vote on existing ones that are in the "collecting votes" phase
- be automatically notified of any updates to the features or integrations that they have voted for
- see our product roadmap to easily discern the progress of any feature or integration
Feature requests and integration requests are housed in two separate locations within the feedback board. To ensure that your request is in the right place, they are defined as follows:
- Feature request - an extra, helpful addition to the workflow within Rivly (e.g. being allowed to bulk confirm shipments instead of one at a time)
- Integration request - third party software, most often a 3PL or multi-channel software, that would be helpful for Rivly developers to integrate into the Rivly seller portal (e.g. integrate a certain 3PL so that all Rivly orders are automatically sent to the 3PL to be fulfilled)
