Sellers are expected to ship each order promptly after it is placed.
Unless a longer handling time is clearly stated on the listing or approved by Rivly, sellers should ship orders within 5 business days after the order is received.
If an order is not confirmed as shipped in the Rivly seller portal within this timeframe, Rivly may cancel the order and issue a refund to the customer. Rivly may do this without additional seller approval in order to protect the customer experience and maintain marketplace trust.
A seller may avoid cancellation by confirming shipment of the order by providing valid tracking information in the Rivly Seller Portal before Rivly processes the refund.
Repeated late shipments, failure to ship, invalid tracking, or excessive cancellations may result in account review, reduced seller visibility, payout holds where permitted, or removal from the marketplace.
Sellers who need additional time to fulfill an order or if a mistake has been made, please contact Rivly Support as soon as possible.
