For some reason, in the 10 step seller setup , step 6 and step 10 still show as not being complete when I have active products. Why is my seller setup progress step not being crossed off and marked as done?

Sometimes your internet browser cache will prevent seller setup steps from being crossed off and marked as completed, particularly step 6 (add your first product to your list) and step 10 (activate your first product for sale on Rivly).
When this happens, please log out of the Rivly seller portal, clear your cache/cookies history in your browser (if given a choice for time period, choose "all time" or the equivalent), then try logging back in again to see if the steps are now crossed off correctly.
If they are still not, please reach out to seller support so we can look into the specifics of your account.
However, it is important to note that any of these steps will not interfere with you ability to sell on Rivly. Even if one of these steps is not crossed off, if you have active listings in your product list, they will still be available for sale to Rivly shoppers.
