In order to build the product that you envision, it is imperative that we obtain your feedback along the way. We have provided a few areas where you can easily submit your feedback to us depending on the type of feedback and your personal preference.
1. Feedback widget - this lives on the right side of the screen which can be clicked at any time to open a pop-up menu which will direct you to the right location for your feedback, most often our feedback board.
2. Feedback selection in menu - in your user dropdown menu you have the option to select Feedback which will initiate the feedback widget that will point you in the right direction as stated above.
3. Feedback board - this is a dynamic area that fosters creativity among all sellers on our marketplace. You can post any idea to improve our software, feature request, helpful integrations and more as well as vote on any existing posts that you find would be most beneficial. We will do our best to implement your suggestions based on the complexity and response from our seller community. In addition, you can follow along with our product roadmap to see what features from our feedback that we are currently working on in addition to ones planned in the pipeline.
4. Live chat with us or have us call you by phone - if you have feedback that is more detailed or have more elaborate ideas to discuss, please feel free to use our widget at the bottom right of the screen to initiate a live chat with us or request a callback.
