Shipping & Returns

  • I only sell on Amazon with FBA. Can I use my stock in Amazon to sell on Rivly?
  • Can I charge a restocking fee for returns?
  • Can shoppers return items themselves or do I send them a pre-paid return label?
  • Can you return items back to Amazon or another 3PL if I use them for fulfillment?
  • Does Rivly own any fulfillment centers so I can send you products to store and ship to customers?
